Susanna Sjoberg
Senior Consultant
Susanna Sjoberg is a Senior Consultant at Marlow Global. She brings over 25 years of expertise in workforce development, gender and psychosocial health and safety. She supports international clients in developing systems and practices that increase labour law and human rights compliance, improve gender balance, and enhance workplace well-being.
Susanna brings a wealth of experience from her tenure with the United Nations’ International Labor Organization (ILO) where she focused on implementing best workplace practices in global supply chains for some of the largest companies in the world. Today, she works with clients in the extractives, energy, FMCG, food & beverage, retail, electronics, hospitality, and finance sectors and regularly supports various United Nations’ organizations. She has worked in many parts of Asia, including Indonesia, and provides services to organizations in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
Susanna is a Managing Director of Inner Work in Geneva, and Adjunct Professor at IE University in Spain. She holds a master’s in counselling psychology from Monash University in Australia, and a master’s degree in logistics and supply chain management from Helsinki School of Economics.
